Prehistoric - Tyrannosaurus in foreground with Brontosaurus / Patosaurus behind and Pteranodon.
Tyrannosaurus was the most terrifing engine of destruction of the earth and lived during the late Cretaceous (114 millions years ago) in North America (Alberta, Monatan, Saskatchevan, Texas, Wyoming) and Asia (Mongolia). Size was upt to 49 ft/15 m long and belongs to the carnivorous family, Tyrannosauridae. The Brontosaurus lived in the late Jurassic (213 - 114 million years ago) in North America (Colorado, Oklahoma, Utah, Wyoming). The name means Thunder Lizard because of the noise he would have made when walking. Belongs to the family Diplodocidae, size 70ft / 21.3 m long, a herbivour. Pteranodon belongs to the suborder Perodactyloidea and is the longest winged prerosaurus know (23 ft / 7 m wingspan). Lived in the late Cretaceous, it fed like a normal pelican.
