Whale in Love ecological art installation in the Love River, Kaohsiung, Taiwan An art installation designed by Jason Klimoski of Studio KCA from the USA. It is situated on the south side of Qixian Bridge in Kaohsiung's Love River in Taiwan. The whale is 7 storeys tall and is made of 15 tons of household plastic from Kaohsiung's recycled waste, and is designed to raise awareness of ocean conservation and the huge amount of plastic that pollutes the seas. 16x12 Print in an MDF Wooden Frame with 180 gsm Satin Finish Paper. Glazed using shatter proof thin plexiglass. Frame thickness is 1 inch and depth 0.75 inch. Fluted cardboard backing held with clips. Supplied ready to hang with sawtooth hanger and rubber bumpers. Spot clean with a damp cloth. Packaged foam wrapped in a card.
